1st Class Signed For (Approximately 1-3 Working Days) - £8.95 (NOT FOR CHRISTMAS 2025)

Express Delivery - (Delivered 9am - 5pm) Special Delivery Or Parcel Force Express (Cut off time is 12.30 pm) - £12.50 (NOT FOR CHRISTMAS 2025)

Express delivery service - please be aware of the delivery timescales below

If you order Monday - Thursday before 12 o'clock midday - your order will be with you by 5pm the next day

If you order Friday - Sunday - your order will be with you by 5pm Tuesday (Bank Holiday's - Wednesday)

• We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Storage Centre's
• We use discreet plain packing so not to spoil a surprise
• We use as much recycled packaging as possible, if you order a large item, there will be cardboard, cereal boxes and empty padded envelopes etc to fill out the box. If it comes into our store or our home, we will re use it as much as possible.

Returns

15 Days

We offer a refund or an exchange on items except bespoke products, please return your item to us with a covering note including name, address, email, telephone number and order number.

Please use a Signed For service and the return postage is at the buyers cost - if you have chosen a faster delivery method, this extra cost is non refundable.
