A shaped round stunning sterling silver unity open shaped circle necklace pendant set with a single round shaped diamond at the top of the open circle part into the nail, having thirteen round shaped white topaz stones set on either side of the open pierced pendant part of the necklace, to give a very unusual loose effect to the necklace, one of the circles being plain and highly polished, the other circle being patterned and having two smaller matching circles holding them in place

Measuring 14 mm wide and 20 mm high from the very top of the shaped circle to the bottom of the circle part of the pendant

With an 18 inch sterling silver box link chain that also has an adjuster to wear the necklace as a 16 inch length as well
